If you swap Herja and Aphro, then once Aphro dies, your Lance only gets one more skill attack anyways and its over.

If Herja dies first, then your Aphro gets one more stun, and your Lance one more skill attack, and if your Aphro stuns, then your Lance/Aphro has potential to keep on doing damage.
