wrong, spirits are lvl based. I don't know all the tiers but a 50ish should get around 4 per card or 8 on Tuesday
a lvl 70ish will get 7. after lvl 100 i believe is where it caps at 13 or 26 on Tuesday

thx for clearing that up. i didnt know that that has changed as well, i thought the only things that was changed back then was that purple and gold give same amount spirits and that tuesdays is double (previously was free heroes on tuesdays).

the only level oriented thing i thought was the amount of credits it charges you (by level) per spin.
