If u spend $ 4.75 and get the explorer pack you will be vip 1. then if u want to VIP 2 u need to Purchase another 400 gems to get to that so that $36.80 if u buy 200 gems for $ 18.40. some just put in the $45 and get 500 gems 100 more and VIP 2 then for VIP3 u need to Purchase 500 gems thats $ 45 and u be VIP 3 and so go goes.
NOTE: You can do it slow of example if u keep on buying the $18.40 200 gems it will keep adding up and u be getting closer to what ever VIP u want as u go.

How many gems do you need to buy for VIP level 3?
I wasted around $100 for VIP3. I can't remember how many gems tho :/
