A bit confused

So I am guessing you are level 104, as your talent constitution is 104. But why are your swords and gear so low?

my guess is he increased them all 100% equally, meaning when he says he got +65 weapons then he got just that x6.

@delorian: follow the advice that service gave you: max 1-2 swords/spirits and get 1-2 +80 chestguards and relics.
