Level 2 and 3 Hard 800pt boss is the only one that gives 100 gems shuffles.

There is no 1000 gem shuffle.

Also, I think the 100 gem shuffle is only an "imaginary" shuffle. It's there, but no one has ever won it.

Has anyone won it yet from here in the forums?

i have seen the 100 gems on others before but never gotten it. one of my guild mates who is not with us anymore said back then he gotten 100 from the lv1 hard boss but he lied a lot on several other occasions.
i havent gotten 100 gems from the lv3 hard so far ever and i do 4 rounds a day and i have NEVER EVER ONCE seen a 1k gems there neither spirits

so a level 12 rune is about 525m coins start to finish

How can you do it for 300m without synergy

Cost of a lvl 12 Rune after averaging with 6 was 497M coins. It may be a little different for everyone but that was the average I got. I've spent a lot of time working out the math of this game.

I guess a better question is how can u be 37mil power with lvl 12 runes? My main has over 27mil rune power and no lvl 12 runes.

then you didnt do that well in the rune temple, because with synergy you would have been cheaper. when i had the time i went rune temple instead of synergy, but now with 420 fragments and a lot more coins than i used to get and no 3rd sub i dont have to anymore. i went rune temple because my average costs in there always seemed lower than the actual synergy costs.
however for everyone who is too lazy (as i was until today) to do the math with synergy for yellow runes:
