General Alcibiades-Who to Replace

Hi, so I just recruited Gen A. today and I want to put him in my formation, but I don't know who to replace. My current heroes in my formation are Adam, Rhize, Saffron, Herja, and Lance who is sub (he has very bad gear currently). I was thinking maybe take out Rhize or Lance. If I take out Rhize then I can directly replace with Gen A, but if I take out Lance, I was thinking maybe put Rhize as sub, and add Gen A. to main formation? Any opinions on who I should replace (or if I should not replace at all) would be appreciated.

i would suggest playing around with the heroes and forms till you have the one that works best for you. it's easy to say replace this or that, but you need to test a few options and try them out in rankings and see if it's worth any changes etc.

well at your point in game you may wanna add/replace alci as you need him and replace lance later on with adam to then put lance only back during banishes or for HR/RC.
if it was me, i would tank out the main hero and replace saff with a DD like alci for example and then put saff only back into party when a real tank is needed.

I recently had Rhize and I replaced him with Gen A. In my opinion I'd replace Rhize because one Lance has good gear he is a force to be reckoned with. As well as General Alicibiades. Once he is Starred and Sanc'd up he is an amazing hero.

i would replace saff or lance cuz having both a line and row attacker makes it a harder time for enemy to set form
