Open a ticket using this account asking why your other account was suspended. make sure that you include something saying that you opened this account so that you could communicate with them. More than likely they will not communicate with you on this account, since there is no way of them knowing that you are really the owner of the other account, but if the email on this account is the same as the one that was suspended that should not be a problem. In any case, you should ask them to send any replies to the registered email of the suspended account.

As david's post says, we moderators can do nothing about suspended game accounts.
