he actually pointed out that has cleared his cache and flash cache and also tried logging in from a friends computer who lives hours away. it seems to be working fine from his cell as well. when he asked me to log in and try, i however had no problems. i suspected it could be maybe the browsers, he thinks it maybe because of the country.
in short, we know something is obviously wrong, we try to help but the only people that can really help is customer service who is feeding him the "dont bother us, there is nothing wrong" lines. that is kinda sad because its acustomer service and they are supposed to help us,

... they get paid to help us and not paid to evade us.

i have always pictured tynon customer service as some guy in his mid 40's, single, stubbles or a monthly shaved, cheap T's and a coffee mug older than his job, with a "do not disturb" attitude tattooed on his forehead who playes evony and wow 18hrs/day.
