Does your friend use the same ISP as you? If you create an new account (just for the purpose of testing, of course) does it also hang up?

friend you again with the same questions I told you already tried the home of a friend with a different ISP ... I tried to make a new hero and the result was the same you need to know more talk to Kaisin he will explain to you .. .

he is a guild mate of mine and told me he traveled 2 hours to get to his friends place, so i'd assume they are different ISP's but you never know...

I have had the same trouble for 3 days now and still cannot get into game
I can log in to use forums using user name and pass but it hangs in game at 99%
I also have flushed everything even formatted and reinstalled OS to make sure but no luck
I even tried different computers and different OS (OSX,linux,windows) no good.

*Shrugging* I'm not having that exact same problem, but loads are hella slow for the last 24 I have been through what you are describing though or something similar. Please pardon me if you already did/stated you did this (you prolly have), just making an observation here. When it happens to me I usually need to hunt down a flash update and after that it will run fine for awhile...

not the same problem. apparently with those players everything supposed to be fine with computers and all software up to date.
no offense to anyone of the affected but i still believe its a computer, compatibility, or somewhat problem at the players end. i do believe vaite and what he says, however he can log on the account from his phone and i had no problem logging in for him and confirm that it works from my computer (i still pray that i am not in trouble for trying to help a guild member with this )
