the hero will be deleted together with all stars and sancts, you loose your bonus and shrine add... no i am kidding and have no idea. so far i was one of those who believed you dont get charged upkeep unless you logged out for a certain time. that being said i am well past 9m now and dont even bother looking at my rep anymore to scan for any changes.

Pretty much. If you already have the hero/mount, it doesn't take it from you partly because you can win her off the casino.

It used to be that nothing happens, but that was a yer ago. Things may have changed now. Find some one on your server that in the Title Ranking page shows that their rep is below their title and ask them.

people that drop below rep requirement for a previously claimed title
1) have to reclaim that title upon return
2) don't lose their tangible rewards (eg aphro stays in form, wind runner stays)
3) do lose their intangible bonuses (eg bs reduction, shrine boost, hp buff)
of these i am 99% sure of. on my server there are multiple infrequent players and every so often someone "unlocks" smoulder again
