i agree to the bad metaphors and that we should stick to the topic but i also strongly believe it is an exploit for several reasons but the main points are:
1) blayds and flowers guild members and friends (and alts) knew how to bid to max their tickets and that is clearly an exploit
2) if communication between the finalists would have been intended they would have implemented a chat window, but i strongly believe that next to being lazy, the most important reason was so they dont fake the fights and like blayd take runes off or like flower remove the party from the formation. this is not just morally wrong but also exploiting the game.
"bad rewards" is in this case just an excuse to cover up the (mafia style?) staged fight because when we look at the bigger picture there was a lot more at stake then "just" the 2x lv7 gems
