Cant get my beginners rewards

this is the 2nd day ...of this crap ..I cant be on here 24/7, I work 12 hrs a day.....these beginners rewards I cant get, I lost 2 already ....if I loose anymore I am done here. I either need to get my 2 I lost or I am done ...I get up it says 24 hrs or whatever before I leave for work and I come back it says expired ..really ..

If it says expire, it have been expired. There's no bug in the rewards. And even tho it says expire, you can still claim them if you finish them.
