I am not a wallet warrior I probably never will be, I am on a late server and have no opportunity to be in a guild with these people.

I tried refreshing to see formation, I tried repeatedly viewing to see formation, hell I even missed a bet because I passed the one minute mark. All the while the "friends" of these "toons" knew exactly what to bet in order to get over the moon tickets. Why is this acceptable?

I get the fact that some people could have purchased a car or trashy house with what they have spent on this game but should these same people dictate an entire time zone CW. If crowns are so bad, If you win one week ... just make it so you can't be in it next time it comes along. So instead of a crown you just have to bet like everyone else.

Maybe if these "gentlemen and ladies" had to depend on the outcome of these fights for their tickets they would think about the people that just started on a new server or don't have thousands of dollars to put in the game before they threw a fight that should have been easy tickets.
How do you know that they were telling their friends? Don't just say that you can assume that they were doing it.

P.S. I'm on neither of the servers that those two were from and my guild still got pretty much all of them right (aside from the first one, we pretty much guessed there).

it was stated back when this first was discussed that they had been telling the server and that it spread aong with these guys alts to other servers etc etc etc...never came to my server tho

edit: i get my tickets from my fights that i win or lose...getting tickets from betting sure its a bonus but its nothing i count on and nothing i complain about losing when i bet wrong...i dont like the throwing of fights but i think its an event flaw not a player flaw

I'll take your word for it, I'm not interested in digging up a thread that is a few months old. The CW a couple weeks ago, Blayd did not tell his guild what he was doing... Also, he announced that he would be throwing this weeks CW on the forums...

Just because the event has a flaw does not mean it has to be exploited. It is a player flaw.

Its not a flaw. Its an open web application server side exploit. <The exploit> Exploiting CW (server=cw)(user=player)(Tickets=Income) User removes power for gain(Like many exploits. Its unknown who benefits from this likely the user and his friends)(Players=Bet on Most Power)Begin Display Bug | CW Does not show Proper Power for betting. #the odds. When player A has 2000 Bets and Player B has 32 the winner which will be Player B will be issued a larger than normal number of tickets due to the display exploit. At this time there is no known patch. </The exploit>

Because they are greedy and are afraid some low level toon may catch them before the next century is over.

When the UA came into the game almost everyone complained because it became harder to 'fix' the Palace every weekend. Yet, now most are complaining because high level players are 'fixing' the outcome of CWF for what everyone assumes is the very same reason. The tickets everyone gets are free, whether you pick the winner or the looser. And, throwing a match in the CWF is no different than 'fixing' the Palace - it gives lower levels more goodies. At least in mho.

On S104 we have found ways to re-manipulate the heavens palace, we just need to work as a team with other guilds from other realms and often it works perfectly except for one or two people that didn't power down properly.

However, regarding CW I understand perfectly the problem that everyone has with people powering down. To be quite honest, I don't care about it and I don't think that I could care any less. If this is what Tynon want to do with their game then so be it. We are here to play and have a good time. If what Tynon has done with it annoys you to too much of an extent where you have to come and complain and complain about on the forums, I honestly see pointless, a waste of your time, and a waste of everyone else's time. People may not agree with what Tynon has done with their game and how it has been structured to make 'certain' people happy (the spenders). Without making the spenders happy, Tynon can't fund their game whatsoever, so, therefore we will have no game to play. If complaining is all that you people have time to do just because a GAME does not meet your standards or your expectations, then you will save your time, Tynon's time, and everyone else's time by going and spending your money elsewhere.
You can complain as much as you like but after how many cwf's, I think 22, Tynon has kept cwf exactly the same. I have very high doubts that Tynon are going to make changes to it now, at this stage. Honestly, at this stage, I don't think Tynon could care much what people have to complain about, but instead to only focus on their top priorities such as new content, new bosses to fight, and new heroes in Royal Arena to fight. Until that is done, Tynon may come and see what the majority of us have been complaining so long about it, but still my doubts are very high that they will change something that has generated themselves so much money after the last 9 months.

Getting your hopes high is good, however, getting them too high leads to a lot of disappointment.

I think you misunderstood me. I did not say anywhere that I was happy with how the game is going. I agree with most of the posts here, and I'm actively looking for another game to play - might have found it, actually. But, to me there is very little difference between throwing a CWF match and fixing the Palace. Both accomplish the same thing - more goodies for those on your server. And, I'm not against fixing the Palace - we strive to do it every week on our server.

i think the HP belongs into an entirely different topic. one topic is about CW and about exploiting it, to "make the rich richer" and their friends, guilds and whoever figured it out with it.
HP is more about helping the weaker players of the entire server (= everyone). to let all players being able to finish HP as an event in an already flawed system.
i dont think they both should be compared to each other, especially since in one you get 10 random rewards and in the other you can choose what you like for yourself, alts and whoever knew about how you that person(s) is/are planning to exploit the system

    EDIT:
after re-reading it i can guess how they will try to stab at this and like to specify:
on our server i am the leading player right now, along with me are 5 others and after that for a loooong time nothing. if i power down for HP i will get the same random rewards i have no influence at all on and no one else from our server got any influence on it at all. and except for insignificant coin/credit rewards there is nothing i would be able to sell to an alt (or farm from it) if i/we had any. yet, we still power down to HELP others
ifiu was to gain 200m power over night and had a fair shot at the top 4 of CW then i would be able to give to myself (and any alts), guild members and friends an unfair advantage over anyone else on the server.
you on the other hand powered down to screw others
