Also I hope they did more than just add 5 levels and open up a few heroics and areas for sirus plans... This would be so minimal and bull s*&t patch after waiting all this time if this is the case.
Five levels and two map areas for sirius gear. Could be the final patch, too. Once sirius gear maxes out, there is no mechanism to advance.
