if i remember correctly there has been quite a few patches where we counted on herby to give us the info on what they did all cause tynon didnt feel the need to send out mail...
Remember that you usually have to refresh after the patch is installed to get the mail and the update. I was told by a friend not connected to uCool that it will happen after Cerb be that may be speculation.

i remember the last time the servers went down for a major update... BOTH banishes missed out because they started it at right before cerb.

unfortunately they have never done very well with logic, as a fact: ucool devs and logic means two worlds collide
