This should have happened. It takes 5% of what you have.. That's why if you're small don't go in the wild, but if you do, spend things before you go out.

First of thanks to the quick reply, but this little detail (5% of the toal amount owned) has to be mentioned somewhere!
It is quite a lot after purchasing a 2Mil bundle for 100 gems.

    my suggestion:
Well don't make it percentage based then?
What if a player only needs some XP or mats to forge a new hopebringer and doesn't have gems to reset a CD?

It is too much, simple as that.
Limit it in 1 way or another or make sure that new players are aware that it is based on the total amount that a player owns.

Also you might want to look at how Power is calculated.
Some *frontline* fighters pump everything into their equips and nothing into their (mostly only 1) backline unit and can easily own a 3-units formation with more power.

    thanks for reading

It's a player verses player. If you don't wanted attack don't leave the city.

And what does this have to do with lack of information prior to going out into the wilds?
I don't have an issue with PvP, the problem is about not knowing about it.

LadyGolden, imagine this for a moment:
A new player likes this game alot and decides to support tynon.
Now he buys tons of gems and then invests them in a huge pile of coins and credits.
But oh well, he doesn't spend 5 gems for a protective shield!
Now he goes out to farm some olive branches to complete his brandnew hope bringer blueprint.
    And gets owned ..

Sure he's mad, because he could not know this before (5% resources looted by the PKer).

End of story, my point is more about how the game explains everything in great detail (I really like that the first 15-17 levels are a great tutorial!)
However, the *fineprint* of the PvP ruleset is not!

I'll chalk it off to *learning by doing* for now

PvP has been nerfed so much from its original state.

Don't make it less of a PvP game and more of a Farming game anymore.

If you don't like being looted of 5% of your coins/credits, don't leave the city.
