finally beat guardian of dragon spirit just persisted with the form, and spammed the button
spirit of the dragon king next, i see what u all mean about the boss

lol this is insane if i skip the battle and press result it shows all my heroes dead if i watch it till the end no hero dies subs dont even get in... heroes healing without maria in my form .................................................. .................................................. ..............................................

well after lots of battles,
i figured his form out as

drake boss undead
x x undead
drake xx

although im not 100% you damage the boss ever until all minions are dead

he does some sort of aoe magic attack

I'm confused, is this the Guardian of the Dragon Spirit in HR?
1) I only see 4 toons of this
2) the boss is not a mage
3) because of #1, I dont see a drake on bottom
4) in my case the boss is getting damaged b4 his minion r dead

but my main problem is, that my subs wont drop in half the time. first sub drops in more often, but second sub rarely ;(
irritating to say the least lol
any1 else having this issue?

I believe the subs drop, but when you watch the battle, it doesn't show them, or shows intermittently, sometimes not at all. The boss does the dismembering attack, there are at least 2 subs, possibly 3, and they are drakes.
I have done hundreds of hits, (possibly thousands), and no clue but we must damage the boss somehow during battle or we could not get to high 90s and run out of rounds. I have gotten to all minions dead, and 95-97% left, 5 standing in my form, so few more weeks should do. lol

many think the boss is in center on the top row, but i believe that to be wrong because he casts at the end his AOE so if in the form included at all it should be bottom row to the right. however, if you watch the replays you will see the boss is clearly out of position when it at the end looks like your party members are hitting themselves or the boss is in the mids of them.

Yes, sorry I forgot to put the name on mine.. that is the blue dragon - Spirit of Dragonking. (would not have this confusion if they had an inkling of naming them NOT so close - sheesh)!!!

this post should be restarted if no one is going to edit it. its clearly stated what hr boss this is for. why is everyone posting the wrong info. everything in this thread is crap, its a mix mash info that doesnt help anyone. guardian of dragon spirit and spirit of dragon king is nothing alike. how is people confusing them.

it was confusing for a lot of people, but its straightened out again. maybe we get lucky and andy can add a link to both bosses since anyone can figure out what post regards which boss if they use their brain cells.

I think there is actually a bug in this fight also. The first 2 times i fought this battle QP died with full hp and still showing in formation. The third time i won so i cant test it any more today, but I am fairly certain there is another undead shadow or drake in the top row. Either way it doesn't really mater, It is an easier fight than the one before it.
so does every fight from here on out have only drake's and undead shadows as minions? seems like they got real lazy. It would of been nice if the final quests and heroics were a bit more fun. The way this game transformed into heals and maxing out your damage, instead of strategic fighting was really disappointing.

My Queen P has a full morale bar...but performs a physical attack instead and does not heal herself. The rest of my team gets a healing. I watch the replays, and all 3 use her. Is there something I need to do to make her perform properly? thanks
