    only a developer or someone who got access to the routines can truly tell you that for sure.

    however, my old herja got 5x +15 resilience sancts and our servers ranked #2 player when attacking me in his standart pvp formation would have his cianna try to stun my herja most of the times and most of the times failed. it seemed easier for him to stun ezK after i had herja replaced.
    the main point why we cant research this to a 100% is because the stuns are random and there seems nothing you can do to improve the land-rate and if you test it 100 times you could still have 20 lucky stuns and 5 normal one and the next time the other way around.

    you can always ask a friend or a guild mate and have a stunner face-off against a hero with a high resilience rate with and without rune. please let us do know about your results

    thanks Kaisim. I'm going to pump up my reliabilities from now, I suppose if I notice anything it will be just a feeling like you. But from your experience it sounds like it does in fact help. cheers for that.
