Yes it does. Also reduces chance of getting critical to land on you.

Block also seems to help get less stunned. I don't know why, but it just seems like it when our block is over 250, you notice less chances of being stunned.

On the flip side, both HIT and Break seems to help the stunners land stuns more often.
