Sure you can do the execute for stamina the first time, and yes it cost's 200 gems to re-spawn the heroics a second time.
I just had to go there for GP anyway if you re-spawn them the 2nd time it will cost you 400 gems the third time and after that you have to wait till the following day because you can not re-spawn them at all.

Actually I was trying to figure something out.
A few days ago I did a little round robin on some servers and noticed some people had all the 6 set's of Sirius Gear on all of their toons.
That was the morning of day 8 since the new patch and Banish hadn't happened yet so no plan drop's there. OK so they have 5 in formation plus 2 subs which means they needed to make 7 chest guards, 7 Helms, 7 Cloaks and 7 Relic's.
Plus what ever Spirits they had not coined for mat's but those really don't count.
Anyway my point is if you can drop all of the bosses the very first day and get what ever each boss decides to drop you probably had/have enough stam to grind for mats saved up.
So anyway they dropped all of the bosses the first day and got a full set of plan's, if the boss didn't drop what you wanted you have 2 banish's that day to get only 1 plan from each.
For me the boss "The Stalker" has only dropped 2 cloaks since the patch which is pretty typical (2 in 10 days not 8 days which is what I was researching).
Some people are getting far too lucky if they had all 6 set's on all of their toons by the 8th day after the release.

They used 1 times reset, it has become possible.
