got to the home page first and make sure you are logged in with the email on the account then look were it says most recent servers played and click the top one that will be the server u had played most recently if that's not were you character is try the next one down and so on. If this doesn't help just create a new character, send a support ticket, and check back once every few months to see if they have decided to help you.
