I mean casino. Even ignoring the other rewards, you will get more coins/credits for your gems than the chest.

i dont know about that, but i dont have gems to waste on the casino either. most my coins come from 40-60% at 1.25B banishes and shrine (1 gem = 1.6m on the first 5 clicks and occasional bonus). fair is 19m for 100 gems ... and the casino? i think i am lucky if i get a 5m coins instead of a chip on my free roll (or 5 gemroll).

While I'm sure changing ragnorak would benefit everyone, I doubt they will change it anytime soon. For for some of the smaller players who can't afford to spend enough to keep up with some of the bigger players, ragnorak can be a good source of rep (especially if many of the big players don't participate).

This! At least on my server, top5 either don't play it or don't power up. And even if you're tiny, a few rep n credits for the click of a button.

I think the option of a profit making organisation having a 'free' product is good. I do so hope the free Wallmart open near me, as the free Rolls royce garage, the free Petrol station the free ................

I stopped doing Rag months ago so others could get the rep. I considered going in 'naked' so there would be another easy will for whomever I was fighting, but then I was open to revenges from stealing maps in the pond.

i usually go in without a boost and have a few heroes removed just to help others to populate it so the lower players dont get skipped so much

So may few do it on ours there's not even a "top 10" with actual scores. Even a flawless win only gets ya like a mil in creds or so, its not even close to worthwhile.
can't say some events are good for the new servers or new players anymore either since the latest server has had some good time since it opened and new players to older servers?....
