There are better saints but its not necessarily bad especially if it is a +15

break will counter block. Most ppl will have a block or two on most of their heroes. For PVP, if your break is higher than their block, they will have no chance of blocking your AOE damage so yea, its pretty handy I d think.

break also increases damage by reducing resistance/damage reduction. its important but by the time you get adam you should have a full set of divine runes (endurance/vengeance/reliability) on him already, so its already included
