that being said, his hitrating is too low and he never had a chance from the start. even if he had bryn and full stun warrens party twice in a row, he'd never had a chance. that however is exactly BGB's point. we often encounter players we would like to meet rather at the end of the KO rounds and other times we find easy match ups that let us go further than expected.
the problem however is that often we loose against a guy and then see his next 3-4 matches him fighting against players we could have beaten with our eyes closed.
i for example lost 1 match in the preliminaries and usually make it KO4/5 but in the first KO round i get matched with blayd. my neighbor who has less than half my power came downstairs running that he made it into KO5. last CW many top players like ava didnt even make it into the finals and i believe we all agree that ava should be there for sure.

BGB thinks its unfair, i think its the nature of a knock out tournament. point is, if you want a true result you would have to turn it into a league system and do an all vs all thing. if you want a fair KO CW you'd have to position the top 16 players on the "corners" of the 4 match-up tables and that way only the top 16 is guaranteed to be matched in the finals. however that would involve work in form of organization, in our CW however its random.

do people still bother watching and caring about CW. I will NEVER get into the finals as i am not in a low numbered server. there is more chance of Tynon fixing a bug than me winning it. to me its just a boring way of getting a few tickets at a time that is inconvenient to me, but convenient no doubt, to Tynon 'developers'
