I sent a ticket in about an unrelated issue and it has been 5 days with no reply.Made an update to the ticket hoping that it will get their attention (doubting it though).
If that fails, I'll send another ticket monday. If that one fails, I will probably lose any remaining faith in their customer support. They were good to me the first several months of the game, but response times are getting rather slow to non-existent.
