    Ongoing Issue

    On Server Twelve, I clicked on an item to purchase (something like 109K credits for 100K coins). That item was up on my "do you wish to purchase screen", when the Fair changed. I said yes, and instead received a level 5 diamond for around 700 gems.

    Tynon has known about this issue for over a year, and not fixed it. This problem occurs maybe once each month for me. I no longer bother to report all of these issues to customer service, as the return is not worth the aggravation.

    You get a reply?
    Quick fix is watch the clock. After the 2nd time this happened I no longer buy in fair within a minute of either end of the new item clock.

    I sent a ticket in about an unrelated issue and it has been 5 days with no reply. Made an update to the ticket hoping that it will get their attention (doubting it though).

    If that fails, I'll send another ticket monday. If that one fails, I will probably lose any remaining faith in their customer support. They were good to me the first several months of the game, but response times are getting rather slow to non-existent.

    Tynon advertised on several websites I belong to. My reviews might not be all that favorable anymore.

    so what you are saying is that to you the same happened as it has happened to us, with the difference that it took us 1-2 events to take a look at the timer before we click and it is happening to you since over a year at least once a month? so far we all got back and customer service fixed it by reimbursing all of us... and yet you are blaming them for you being too lazy to report it?

    yes its one of those bugs that hasnt been fixed yet and i appreciate getting reimbursed twice for things i wasnt planning on buying. i have to hand it in this case to customer service who has nothing to do with the guys who fix the bugs (hopefully) for not only to myself but fixing the same issue for many more, over and over.
    rafmeister, i dont think anyone can help you if its too much to ask from you to take a screenshot, not use the gem, report it, sell it and get back what you spent.
    you may be overreacting, at least they are fixing it and helping you out so far, month after month, after month...

    Gotta agree with Kaisim... if submitting a report, getting a response, and selling the item to get reimbursed 700 gems isn't worth the time (I assume about 5 minutes total), no need to even post.

    i have the exact same problem as you. sent in a ticket on monday, i'm still waiting for any kind of response...

    Ouch, 700 gems. Well, at least you got something useful (lvl 5 diamond chip). The one time it happened to me, I lost 350+ gems (I can't remember exactly) for a Prophet Petosiris card (had clicked on a lvl 2 chip or something). I chalked it up to not paying attention; I check the timer before I start clicking now.

    Server twelve serves as my test server. I can check to see if ongoing problems get fixed. I gather gems from daily events (5-10 each day), and then test new features as they come out (e.g. casino). It also allows me to track how fast an 'occasional' player can progress by signing in for daily activities and then spending maybe one hour per week playing. This lets me evaluate other aspects of gameplay.

    Periodically, I also start heroes on new servers. That lets me see how new players get treated, and if the game still has growth potential. This gets passed on to a few friends.
