    This is an "exploit" people use to buy chips they normally would not buy and claim they did not intend on buying it and open a support ticket to get the gems reimbursed, while they now have the chip.

    Your "jig is up"

    Now stop buying things in fair close to time when it is about to expire and change.

    i dont understand what that has to do with the problem and your lazieness? after all you took the time to write, post and respond; yet you argue that you dont have the time to take 5minutes and report your loss to customer service

    you gotta stop the drunk posting... they make you sell your purchases before they reimburse you. if you use the item (chip, card, coins, credits, etc ) you will not get anything back
    (btw that would be considered a cheat)

    you think that excuse still flies? i mean most of his chips are lv7-10 to begin with, and he only used the chips as an excuse because in the beginning players believed him

    The value of what happens on that server is less than the value of the post. The US Army had a phrase that covers this sort of situation: "A private is never happy unless he is crying." The phrase does not mean what you think...

    its not a problem that is restricted to your server, its a general issue that happened to most of us at least once in the past, however most of us learned to cope with it by not purchasing things before looking at the timer to check if it just switched or will switch in a second. also when i purchase something for 700 gems that i dont need/want, i would file with customer service to get the 700 gems back and not be too lazy about it just because the same thing happened to me at some other time

    I have submitted reports in the past. This remains an ongoing issue; one not addressed for over a year.

    pretending to be a fool doesnt make you look any smarter and if there is any issue with customer service being sloppy and you being able to exploit that, should not be discussed on the forum. that being said i am pretty sure they will now take a second look at their history with you and all affiliated IP's ... if anyone bothers reading this...


    PS: FYI if you would have done your homework or would have paid any attention you'd know that my only account is named ghostarcher and leader of expunged on server 92 ( you can also see that in my profile since like december '13 when i bothered to fill it out.

    I refuse to believe that they are so backed up that they can't give one of their copy&paste responses to a ticket opened 7 days ago.
