This is an "exploit" people use to buy chips they normally would not buy and claim they did not intend on buying it and open a support ticket to get the gems reimbursed, while they now have the chip.

you gotta stop the drunk posting... they make you sell your purchases before they reimburse you. if you use the item (chip, card, coins, credits, etc ) you will not get anything back

The value of what happens on that server is less than the value of the post. The US Army had a phrase that covers this sort of situation: "A private is never happy unless he is crying." The phrase does not mean what you think...
its not a problem that is restricted to your server, its a general issue that happened to most of us at least once in the past, however most of us learned to cope with it by not purchasing things before looking at the timer to check if it just switched or will switch in a second. also when i purchase something for 700 gems that i dont need/want, i would file with customer service to get the 700 gems back and not be too lazy about it just because the same thing happened to me at some other time
I have submitted reports in the past. This remains an ongoing issue; one not addressed for over a year.
Poor response to customers, in this game or any other activity or shopping activity, usually means 'customer support is overwhelmed. i.e. so many people are having problems, don't expect anything to happen. we are putting all our resources into automated responses'I sent a ticket in about an unrelated issue and it has been 5 days with no reply.Made an update to the ticket hoping that it will get their attention (doubting it though).
If that fails, I'll send another ticket monday. If that one fails, I will probably lose any remaining faith in their customer support. They were good to me the first several months of the game, but response times are getting rather slow to non-existent.
