transfer to Thucy

Ok so I checked out this issue and basically what is happening is that your Thucydides has got more SAINTS than your Jeanne d'Arc (Mind telling me what both of their saint levels are)
I looked at my Flavius who has 12 stars and my Queen P who has 11 stars, which is consistent with the stars when you had tried transferring your blue heroes. My Flavius is still weak (haven't used him much) at saint 5 and my Queen P is Archangel 1. I tried to transfer my Flavius to my Queen P, however, Queen P was not on the list as a suitable transfer option.

My Thucy is a Angel 2 with 5 stars I want to transfer Jeanne who is a Angel 5 with 6 stars... This is what I dont understand... My jeanne is higher and should transfer. The only thing I can think of is that you can only transfer blue heros that you won as cards with other cards you won and not heros you gotten in the Heros tavern... Is this a possibility???
