transfer to Thucy

My Thucy is a Angel 2 with 5 stars I want to transfer Jeanne who is a Angel 5 with 6 stars... This is what I dont understand... My jeanne is higher and should transfer. The only thing I can think of is that you can only transfer blue heros that you won as cards with other cards you won and not heros you gotten in the Heros tavern... Is this a possibility???

Angel V would lose 3 saints to Angel II 6 stars would lose one. You would still end up with a Thucy Angel II with 5 stars so why bother with the transfer? Maybe that's why it won't let you.

(I just checked my Thucy who is Angel V with 7 stars, against Cairne, and looks like Cairne would become Angel II with 6 stars.)
