transfer to Thucy

Here's what I want to do transfer Jeanne D'arc to Thucy.. Jeanne has 6 stars and thucy has 5 stars but cant transfer ????? both are blue heros. Why is this?

Your Jeanne has to have enough stars over and above Thucy's (because stars are lost in a transfer unless you use gems for a perfect transfer) to equal or better Thucy's star count after the transfer.
