I contacted support for an issue with my crafting (support ticket 789259uhgybr). I had more than the materials needed for it and when i mark the checkbox to retain original enhancement level, it charges me an extra 20 gems. since almost 2 weeks now i am waiting for a response and even updated the ticket with a reminder.
I,ve had a ticket opened for a whole week now. I think they fired Stanley too
maybe i read this wrong..but u do have to pay gems to keep the equipment at the same level

the spirit level was 105 and it charged me 125 gems for retaining the level
still pending
any piece level 105 or over cost extra so yes the 125 is correct. The dev's just didn't let anyone know here on the forum.............
It's almost cheaper to let it drop 3 levels and spend the gems on Thorsday if you can wait and have the coins saved up...........
This is 100% incorrect. I can provide screenshots from my other crafts where it is asking me for the correct amount. Also on a 150 hours timer i'd rather pay the 3 extra gems (even 23 for that fact) than wait a Week to clear.
150 hours? Good luck with that the gear cool down time on a 110 spirit is 213 hours for me
I was making an example referring to your blunder to spend gems on Thorsday instead of using Gems when crafting. Next time try use your Brain before typing, otherwise what would make you think it's appropriate to not spend the Gems three times on a 215 hours timer but on a 150 hours timer it would?
