their specific problem seems that they tink they are the leading guild with the most active players but dont have the strongest player who is strong enough to go up against the entire guild and the remaining other guilds are way smaller than either.
... but then again, IMHO if one player can kill an entire guild in one shot, they shouldnt own a city to begin with.
