I had a similar problem months ago and took a ticket with a screen shot added. My reply was that unless the 10 stars was shown in WC then I needed to refresh and try again. But, its not possible to refresh and try again if the stars have already been used up. I tried explaining that in a follow up ticket but the guy in Customer Service didn't/wouldn't understand the problem.
I think some of the people in Customer Service just send out a standard reply and if that doesn't cover the problem they just ignore any follow up.
