I think some of the people in Customer Service just send out a standard reply and if that doesn't cover the problem they just ignore any follow up.

To OP...if you had the medals to get him to 10 stars twice, why not go 11 stars and avoid the theoretic glitch? Those things don't help your toon improve when they're in inventory.

It unfortunately doesn't work like that as I have tried it before.. It may pass to 10 stars by doing that but can also fail twice!

I had to wait to get more medals to try to get him up to 10 again which is why the whole thing was so painful. I never have any purple medals in inventory.
