Sort out the glitches

I have taken copious screenies and sent about the HR boss, new missing one and no reply ever on it. Not even the standard auto-reply. No clue why they can't, or won't, fix that.

Did you check your email used for the account you were sending from? They send replies only by email now for whatever reason.
