cantr get any answers through support ?

so are you having trouble getting support to answer you ?
therre are a few things you can try.
call their phone number Ucool's phone number: Removing number

if that does not work then contact the boston FBI cyber fraud division and file a complaint if you have lost money.

if you need the number then better copy it fast otherwise one of the mods will delete it

They have been "on break" for the last 9 months.

And I think Stan has died and was thrown over board from Dexter's boat after being gutted like a fish by Dexter.

Have you tried checking your email?
"Revan. It isn't my real name—never was—but it will do."

    "Alderaan. They're on Alderaan."

    "Fat people always lie."

The one you use for the game? If you can't access it then well that's an interesting problem for which I don't care to come up with a solution.

If you need an answer from support, start an Evony account and mail support from Evony giving the Tynon details. You get an answer quickly that way.
ZZZZZZZzzzzzzz. Wake me up again when they add new content.

I'm closing this thread. If anyone thought it was a good idea to phone that number you'll be in for a bit of surprise, namely it doesn't get you through to uCool at all.

uCool doesn't operate through the phone lines only via their online Support service. Good or bad it's the only place you will get your issues looked into.

Please don't try and be clever by reposting that number next time I won't be so nice about it.

Oh one final thing; It'll be fraud if you tried to claim fraud. Why? As long as the gems you've paid for are in your account then the transaction is legal and if the company concerned is taken measures to remedy any arising problems, they have done no wrong. So unless you want to be the one with a potential criminal record and/or the defendant in a libel case, I really wouldn't listen to the OP's incorrect and poor advice.
