Writing this with my fingers crossed as I know your Customer Service is almost non-existent, but, can you please send me a link to your Complaints Department and Legal Department.
I am NOT on the Beta Server - but on a commercial fee-paying server, and I am now paying for a 'supposed' service, which is very sadly lacking with NO support or proficiency, and a total lack of professionalism on your side.
I have, to date, stopped 18 people joining, because of the hap-hazard way this is being run/handled. (Apart from the cash-collecting side).
You are a 'service provider', and for me and many others, to pay for a service to which we don't get is not right, and you further compound this by ignoring complaints/requests/fixes, as long as it doesn't involve you RECEIVING monies.
As I understand it, I can get Charge-Back via PayPal for ALL transactions made so far (within 30-days), including the Beta-testing, of which I am still waiting resolutions for your previous and continuing errors and utter lack of indifference.
If this company was UK based I could also invoke various regulatory bodies for misrepresentation, and possibly fraud.
It is now Tuesday (UK) - you have until Friday (UK) before I start legal procedings.
