    Angry Complaints Dept

    Hi,

    Writing this with my fingers crossed as I know your Customer Service is almost non-existent, but, can you please send me a link to your Complaints Department and Legal Department.

    I am NOT on the Beta Server - but on a commercial fee-paying server, and I am now paying for a 'supposed' service, which is very sadly lacking with NO support or proficiency, and a total lack of professionalism on your side.

    I have, to date, stopped 18 people joining, because of the hap-hazard way this is being run/handled. (Apart from the cash-collecting side).

    You are a 'service provider', and for me and many others, to pay for a service to which we don't get is not right, and you further compound this by ignoring complaints/requests/fixes, as long as it doesn't involve you RECEIVING monies.

    As I understand it, I can get Charge-Back via PayPal for ALL transactions made so far (within 30-days), including the Beta-testing, of which I am still waiting resolutions for your previous and continuing errors and utter lack of indifference.

    If this company was UK based I could also invoke various regulatory bodies for misrepresentation, and possibly fraud.

    It is now Tuesday (UK) - you have until Friday (UK) before I start legal procedings.

    i am still waiting on quite a few gems i didnt receive after i purchased them and money has already left my account and i am also waiting on 4 purple hero cards, which i got in tavern, which i paid for by credits i had bought from a chest i had bought from the gems i had (gems cost money). Meaning i am entitled to a full refund for items i have 'Purchased but not received'. I have emailed support about both matters, an unclear email returned saying it will be fixed. I am still unsure of what they are fixing because almost a week on i have not received anything.. like Gillian said u also have till friday to fix my problem or i guess ill contact paypal too. Different company name, same service.

    Also please keep in mind this game is new and they haven't ironed out the kinks yet, if you go through paypal you run the risk of having any and every account linked to the email address you signed up with here being temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. This is not a threat but I'm speaking from experience. Be patient and try contacting them again.

    The game is so new they went to live missing out an open beta, they went live knowing of numerous bugs/glitches. When u sign up for a closed beta u expect beta to last more than 2 weeks, and that when the game goes live they have resolved many issues...

    And who cares if ur banned on charge back? the whole point of a charge back is that the company has failed.. why would u want to reinvest back into failure? this is what happened to evony.. some server failed they lost a HUGE amount of investment and magically servers were fixed. If thats the trend expect alot more of it.

    Even though I have been trying to get this issue fixed for a week I've opened yet another support call - but I think it's a case of 'the lights are on but nobody's home'.

    The missing gems/cards is a BIG deal to me and others. We should be far more levels higher now, and the longer it takes to resolve, the further we drop down.

    So, charge-back tomorrow. I get suspended in Tynon - no biggie - I'll get my monies back and maybe look at the game in 6 months when most bugs are fixed and customer support has someone who can deal with issues.
