Even though I have been trying to get this issue fixed for a week I've opened yet another support call - but I think it's a case of 'the lights are on but nobody's home'.

The missing gems/cards is a BIG deal to me and others. We should be far more levels higher now, and the longer it takes to resolve, the further we drop down.

So, charge-back tomorrow. I get suspended in Tynon - no biggie - I'll get my monies back and maybe look at the game in 6 months when most bugs are fixed and customer support has someone who can deal with issues.
