New servers,patches or server combos?

I was just wondering wether or not there would be any new servers opening or new patches coming out or deserted servers being combined? Because it has never taken tynon anywhere near this amount of time to do one of these so that the game becomes new and refreshed. I along with almost all of my server would like a server merge because our server is lacking the amount of players that actually make the game fun.
