ps: now i start to understand why customer service seems so aggravated about players complaining and chooses not to respond at all. that being said, a true customer service is about so much more and to deal with obvious problems and misunderstanding in the same equally fair and understanding ways. ignoring a customer for whatever reason is just bad customer service
