Thread: Loss of 2nd Sub

    I too have lost my 2nd sub, unfortunately, I did not have a screen shot of it before I lost it and hadn't bothered recruiting Ezekiel as I only got it late last week and was working on my 2nd sub before I blew a bunch of stamina trying to recruit him.

    I have submitted two tickets already...how many will it take?

    Makes me nervous now that they send replies to your mail, and won't let you change it. Our ISP got bought out - old e-mail no longer works, so submitting a ticket is a moot point for me.

    if you click on the support button on your tynon game profile it will take you there, then you can just click on check on a request and it will bring you out to where all your tickets are.

    You can also change your security settings, i believe. So you can put in a secondary email where you can get email.

    I have added a secondary e-mail. Crickets chirping there...no responses at all. Not that I have a lot of tickets, but a few - like rolling 4 gold heroes in tavern and getting zero spirits.

    Sorry this was a bit off-topic. It's just...if there's a problem it's difficult to get support to resolve it. For me...I'll be stuck with 1 sub, but I certainly will spam their inbox several times daily, and get my guildies to do it as well. Teamwork!

    that is an unconfirmed rumor and not true.
    if support answers, they will respond to both - your email you set up and in game at the support section. that is simply how they have set it up with BCC's going to your email from whatever they write you at the support tab. you get the choice to respond either way.
    i for example have never set up the game with any real email account and am still getting responses on bug reports and suggestions.

    ps: yes i believe most responses are automated, but that is not the point

    An update on my disappearing 2nd slot -

    Yesterday, I re-defeated Ezekiel, costing me about 200 stamina and 60 minutes setting up my formation as it is very different than anything that I normally do and requires not just moving in toons, but also moving around pretty substantially some weapons and runes that are not where they usually are. All in all, it is frustrating that it took over an hour to get him back and then to redo my form with the "new" 2nd sub that I now had. I used him last night like that for a while and then this morning when I logged on, poof, 2nd sub is gone again...

    FML, is this really worth it any more?

    I lost my 2nd sub almost a month ago and I can't get them to respond to the tickets I have submitted. I am so angry at the people that support this game. can anyone suggest what I should do to get someone to give some attention to this problem

    Make an account on Evony. Log onto forum, look for DaveMata and email him there. That's all i can think of.
