You can check the request, but there's not an update, because they reply directly to e-mail now.
I have added a secondary e-mail. Crickets chirping there...no responses at all. Not that I have a lot of tickets, but a few - like rolling 4 gold heroes in tavern and getting zero spirits.

Sorry this was a bit off-topic. It's just...if there's a problem it's difficult to get support to resolve it. For me...I'll be stuck with 1 sub, but I certainly will spam their inbox several times daily, and get my guildies to do it as well. Teamwork!
