you did however say that you re-recruited him, so since you got him back on your own, what do you expect customer service to do about it? dont get me wrong, but if i assume right, then the complaint is about not having your 2nd sub. so when they go into the account and see the 2nd sub is there, then i would guess they close the case and move onto the next?
if it was me, i would give you 1k gems as compensation for your time and troubles you have went through, because it was caused by an obvious bug that has been triggered multiple times before. if they choose to give you nothing for it and your complain is about that, then i feel for you and tough luck but nothing you can do about.
