Ah kaisim, some were affected, not all. Don't be smug. I got lots of that on my own server by those not affected, but i can tell you it was plenty frustrating to those of us who were. And yes, Tynon had to have fixed their end. (doubt it was dave) lol
i wrote that in context to what greenly said and it gives a different meaning when you take it out of context like you have. i was confirming what greenly said about not everyone being effected and that it appears to be a maybe account related problem but 100% to blame on ucool and not the ISP's from a few players.
Seriously? Sometimes Kaisim you need to think before you type. I've chatted to DaveMata in Evony on several occasions. There is a channel in chat where the UCool people can talk to you. I have also mailed him on the Evony forums many times and Davemata always replies and is very helpful.
I mailed him there yesterday and he got back to me and things were sorted soon after.

and what do you think he has physically actually done to help you except for saying something like "yeah ok, i will look into it" and someone else fixed whatever needed to be fixed regardless of what you asked dave to do?
you are being delusional when you think that the "social worker" got anything to do with fixing bugs, downtime, or any other issues!
PS: i have to give dave a thumbs up for his social skills in making you believe that he took care of the problem personally and made you believe that you are important enough for him to actually care
EDIT:
PPS: i have played evony before and enjoyed it very much but owned the game and the server i was on and yes customer service exists for evony and is big. they also care and ban bots, cheaters, etc or at least do what they can do to remove them. that however doesnt imply that they give a rats behind about this game anymore, especially while they are busy in several other (better paying) games than this
Very cynical Kaisim. Anybody who has contact with DaveMata can confirm that he does get things sorted. Unlike Dawnseeker who was just a Customer Services face, DaveMata does get things done. Maybe it was a coincidence that 30 minutes after he mailed me everything was working properly again. But, seeing as Tynon had been broken for the previous 12 hours or so, I very much doubt it.

Assuming the issues have been fixed, I'm closing this thread before it starts to get ridiculous, I mean does it matter who does what if the problem gets fixed for everyone?
If the issues are persisting let me know and I'll reopen it.
