    regaining a toon after someone has hacked your password so you can get the toon back

    What can I do about not being able to get my toon back. I have contacted UCool 18 times trying to get a reset for my password which someone hacked and changed on me. Its been over a hundred and something days and Im not happy because I invested gems in this toon. What can I do when Ive tried every option offered to regain access to my toon?
