what do you mean "until today"? it was today that they came back up after 2 days downtime...
edit: ...or did you meant to say that "they" didn't notice it was down for 2 days until someone was able to contact ucool and point it out?

There was an remote exploit for vbulletin* which this forum runs on. Pretty sure it was down because nobody knew how to update it.....
A potential exploit vector has been found in the vBulletin 4.1+ and 5+ installation directories. Our developers are investigating this issue at this time.

Whew boy, that bolsters confidence in UCool. Down for 2 days before they knew, knew how, and could fix it. Seems a lot is crashing lately. Beta twice for long periods, servers lagging something fierce, and forum down for 2 days.
I did not say they were down for two days before they knew it. What I said was that when they restores the server late yesterday they did not realized that the Tynon forum was still down.

kinda sad if you think about it. i mean whats the point in providing a service for players to criticize, help each other, make suggestions, etc if you never read it and it even goes to the point that those 2 days where not longer because someone pointed out to them that the forums are down.

speaking about it... i'd think dave mata took enough to "read himself into it" and should start to get a little active, wouldnt you agree?lol
