You assume a lot. And i'd guess most is incorrect. They offered the people from Beta a one-chance deal to transfer gems to the live server. I'm sure it is more of an accounting issue than one you 'assume'. Once gems/monies transferred, they were no longer available, but allowed to play on Beta if they wished. Honestly, not much has actually been tested, and what was was for a short time before release. They just don't delete anything, so there it is.

none of this has anything remotely to do with the OP complaining about downtime and asking for compensation. if it does have anything to do with it, then with your passive-aggressiveness shoveling coals into the fire and giving the OP hope for compensation while stating that i am not helpful and attempting to bait me into an argument over whether i shall be entitled to my own opinion or not.

just for the sake of your argument, lets do what you accuse me off and start assuming things: how about we assume that the players on the beta server have an actual right on compensation. even tho the fact that many have transfered onto live servers and you now are arguing that things never get deleted and they now are playing on both (live and beta). now after following your own assumptions and flaming, i am asking you why you think they would get any compensation for something they have already been compensated for (in form of switching everything they have onto a live server) and then chosen to continue playing on beta anyways?

beta = test, you expect bugs, glitches, server crashes, etc.... you can't expect any company to compensate you for a 'test' server being down.... and sorry to say but that is the bottom line of it...

I've never heard so much whining in my life. You don't like the game, GTFO. I'm gonna go finish a lab and get ready for banish. This incessant whining is really getting old.

Well I know we all play on difrent servers but I always play on beta to BUT its hard to log in. if u do get in u will have a lot of lag involve u cant do banish either CW hell CW has been stuck for the last 5 weeks or so. I do play on server 114 but I do enjoy my toon on beta server to. so far many of us have sent tickets about the issue GUESS WHAT ? No luck yet lol and it has been for like 6 weeks now geezzzzz sad but true. i hope the lag does not get to other servers i don't think tynon is doing any maintenance on the servers just hope some one soon helps us out here.

I'm sorry this may not be relevent to this post. I dont post much. Does anybody ever stop and think that devs may have quit Tynon due to all the pissing and moaning? Yes it sucks when servers are down and but BETA servers are FOR testing I understand yet again it IS a pisser not being able to get on and play and test your own toons and ideas for live servers but damn everyone quit all the bitching. IF Tynon shuts down who is really to blame? Yes many will blame the Devs but will any blame the players? All in all both are to blame for the 8 months of no dev activaty. Im sure this will piss off many of you but face it, its the reality of the situation. Everyone knows Ucool is an INDEPENDENT Company so they will always be looking for the next big thing. I apologize to the thread starter for I do not know how to start my own thread for this is only my second post. I sinceraly hope the devs havent truely given up on Tynon but if you were a dev would you keep going with all thats transpired here?

no, because its their job to develop and not to read/listen to customer complaints. as a fact in over a year i have seen 2 devs doing 1 post each after an overwhelming demand of the players due to the common believe that the devs dont give a d... . so, one posted that they read, understand and implicate and the other posted a poll for us to vote over something they never implicated.
that being said, i think the beta server is dropped from tynon because there is nothing to develop. the next steps would have to include new heroes, new gear and a new questline. so i would strongly agree that they abandoned the beta server because there is no more betas and nothing to develop. the game is done, as in completed. the quest line doesnt have an open ending. the only thing that would indicate is the "new hero coming soon" note in the shrine window after you defeated ezK. that however was there before the 2nd sub expansion and i believe they only forgot to remove it since there is no level up rewards after 120 and 0/0 XP indicated.
face it as is and learn to cope with it: the game is "completed" until the game makers decide to give it another shot and expand it. therefore there is no need to maintain a beta server.

So if there is no need for beta any more iam ok sad but ill be ok . Now as soon as the lag starts on servers wonder how long we will have before it totally crashes and cant even play since I don't don't see no Maintenance going on o well in the end players that still coin here and there will be a little mad but lets see what happends
