]no, because its their job to develop and not to read/listen to customer complaints. as a fact in over a year i have seen 2 devs doing 1 post each after an overwhelming demand of the players due to the common believe that the devs dont give a d... . so, one posted that they read, understand and implicate and the other posted a poll for us to vote over something they never implicated.

Yes, their job is to listen and help to make the game better I agree BUT the point I was/am getting at is this, They )the Devs) listened to all the crying and the good siggestions for the game and simplified so much for the lazy players "to make the game better" and even that couldn't stop people from crying. Look at all the mods made to simplify the Quests (Auto-questing) lol when I strted plating this game YOU had to actually move you toon through the quest yourself not push a damn button, the result button so you didnt have to watch every battle sequence everytime, added new things (royal Challenge,rep system, hell even raised the rep cap, you dont lose stars/sainct lvls for failed attempts, LOL now you dont even lose rep when you loase in an Arena battle) they watered down alot of things for Us the players and yet many of you still find things to bitch about. I'm no heavy coiner nor have I made it to the finals of Cw and Im cool with that I still play everyday and will continue to do so untill the plug gets pulled yes I hope for new updates and such as I closing on the end of the quests and such (lvl cap and so forth). I get frustrated with Cw finals at times but I can understand why players do what they do there. Blayd/Riot has everything so instead of bitching about was he does build yourselves and get yourself to the finals . Blayd Kudos on the last Cw. Anyway go through the forum and actually read the posts most are not helpful suggestions, just a bunch of pissing and moaning. Yes Dawnseeker posted and listened and all that but he's nolonger with Ucool he works for a Carmax get over it he's gone and the rest appear to me more focused of the mobile app Hero's Charge. Get that game its free blow their box up from there with your tickets and get the forum back to what it was originally intended to be used for. Not what is has become now a place for ppl to have bitch and cry fests . Thank you

absolutely not
they are developers, not customer service, priests, your mommies or whatever. they are supposed to develop the game and make it more fun. others are supposed to listen and solve complaints and when they feel there is a need they will forward it to the programmers that will try to add/fix/etc ...


EDIT PS @mike: as for your opinion about certain things like improvements made and result button for example, they where there all the times, but they got removed because they where bugged at high-seas and multiple other events. the banish result button is still not brought back until today even after all the bugs where fixed.
i can understand you rooting for the best player who got everything, but you also have to understand that the main complaints are not about him winning matches, they are about him loosing and rigging matches. if i will ever face him and found the motivation to stick around, i dont want to win against him because he decided to loose and rather win tickets for his alts and friends...

oh, one more thing: at first i was like "huh" when you talked about mods and then realized right after you meant "modifications done" lol
that being said, i dont think you ever lost rep in arena or revenges or lost battles except for the first -50 rep.

EDIT PPS @trugod: more wrong than right.. in a way i couldnt find anything "right" except for a general opinion and i would never blame him on that, just laughing because most forum users these days seem to lack their own opinion or are at least afraid of standing up for 'it' for some reason...

I must say, what good is a test server that no one can get on? What can get tested?? IF that's what they are doing, and there is no way to know. IF they are testing something on BETA who is? They may have some dev's acct there testing, don't want anyone to see so closed it, but i doubt that. That is far fetched and i think defeats the purpose of a BETA server. And lastly, WOW .. IF what they are testing has shut it down for days, let's pray they don't introduce that on Live!!
By anyone's standards an unplayable game serves no purpose.

Yea for sure i just think that beta need maintenance since it was lagging bad but no one has fix it so my guess is that server crash and Ucool has no clue about it

the point that i was trying to make is that its laggy because no one is testing and therefore its not being maintained/updated anymore

In most games, it starts with beta. Once the regular games comes out, usually beta closes and you cannot access it. Tynon kept beta open for whatever purpose, but they did not have to keep it open to try new things only. They can, just like other games, throw the change into live gaming and if its disliked pull it back out. The majority of the players that are on live servers either don't play beta anymore or have never played it. Tynon beta was closed down to adding money to your account so that's not an issue except when it comes to maintaining it. That's why betas are usually closed cause they create no income. But I will say that if tynon didn't want to keep open or maintain beta, all they simply had to do was say so and close it down. They stopped championship warfare on it and I truly believe they will not revive it.

I think you are right. It would have been nice to send a mail, and say it was being closed, but that is in line with their losing any respect for the players here. I suppose we can take this as a sign that there is no new development and it is just a matter of time for the rest to dwindle away.
