loss of 2nd sub

hi i am playing tynon and i have lost my 2nd sub slot which is now locked again which i have had for a good while now and i cannot reopen it as i have recruited prophet ezekiel already.
Can you reopen it for me please....i am on thunder of zues server....my game name is onfire

i was hoping this bug only regards players who have gotten him recently or had him for a short time. i remember playing you in CW multiple times and apparently no one is safe from this epic failure/bug anymore.

do you have any idea what could have caused it?

I have absolutly no idea what has caused the slot to close Kaisim.
Has anybody been able to get hold of dave mata it seems he is my only way to get this sorted.Does anyone know dave mata's evony game name account and what server he is on.
Anybody been able to get any problems sorted of late or are my tynon days done thankyou for any help offered

yes I have Andy but I am not expecting to get much off a response as I have had tickets sent from a good while ago and they did not get any response

This is obviously a major BUG!!! If they fail to find and fix this issue they don't deserve to keep players, this is just stupid. You are not the first and i'd guess not that last!! Such bunk they ignore all tickets. What is wrong with them? They want the game to end thru attrition.

I am wondering if this ever got fixed for the player it happened to. This has just happened to me a few days ago. My 2nd sub locked up even though I beat PE over a month ago. I have recruited PE and I am currently in the process of building him. The response to my ticket was they would fix it "when they had time". This is a big deal and here we are 4 months after this bug was reported and it has happened again??? Seems like in 4 months they would have "had time" to fix the bug. I am losing countless millions of coins and credits. We are losing lands because I cannot fight effectively being 1 hero short.

I would just like to know how long it took for them to fix the account for the player, or did he just give up and quit??? Thanks Moonrunner Server 90

With all the money people pay buying imaginary coins/creds/gems etc....couldnt they actually HIRE someone that would show up for work and fix this stuff.

i play in the same guild as Onfire and this bug has just happened to me too.
Chatting with Onfire we think the issue might be caused by going back and recruiting heros missed in royal challenge AFTER you have recruited Ezek. We both did this.
For the record Onfire did get his 2nd sub back. After a long time trying to get a response from tynon then Evony, he then pm'ed Admins on heros charge forum and issue was fixed straight away.
Looks like all support is focused on heros charge now.
i myself have raised a tynon support ticket, but expect no joy there, and will try Onfire's approach to get some attention.

OMG!!!! this is still going on !?!?!?!?? come on ucool! it takes only a couple hours or less to fix this programming issue!!!!
