Our guild host (Arimin) was banned from Tynon months ago on server 86 (along with his alts), but he was still left in place as guild host (and his alt was a vice host).
This left us only 1 Vice host to run the guild and set up GW, and we can't appoint new vice hosts.
Can our old banned host be removed and our active vice host be made the Host?
I put a support ticket requesting help a while ago, but have not received a response yet.

We will try to implement a feature to help you resolve this issue in the game, we are not able to reset the host position on our end.
